It's located in an affluent neighborhood on a quiet street that faces a branch of Rock Creek Park. It takes 5 minutes to drive north to Bethesda, 15 minutes to the monuments thanks to being very near to Beach Drive, and is located on the E6 bus route. There are 3 bedrooms (1 is used as a guest bedroom/den), a driveway, patio, sunroom, w/d, central air conditioning, fireplace, 2nd empty room, and a sizable backyard. I am a 33 year old veterinarian, vegetarian, have 1 cat, and occasionally foster a dog. My cat may consider an older, quiet large dog, but no other pets beyond that, please. I am quiet, a nonsmoker, and I expect the same in a housemate. I have lived here for 2 years and am very happy with the place. My current housemate is moving closer to his family. The rent is $1450 each, plus about $150 for utitilites. We would have to sign a minimum of a 3 month lease, but can extend that to a year.
